The antiflooding valve Type 2 with manual lock is suitable for 110-mm pipes and belongs to the system group against flooding according to the European standard 13564. The antiflooding valve for horizontal installation is equipped with two automatic valves, whereby one of the valves can also be closed manually (e.g. because of maintenance works).The antiflooding valve provides a double protection: if the first valve does not close properly (in case of waste blocking) or if a gasket has been damaged (by e.g. rodents), then the second valve shuts off to prevent flooding of the lower rooms.
