Description

All Fluidics nozzles now have a primary and secondary filter with the
filter width adapted to the size of the nozzle so that larger throughputs get an additional filter surface.
The production is based on the latest technology. The nozzle heads are
manufactured and assembled as well as tested in an enclosed cabin.
Latest machinery and production methods ensure reproduceable low tolerance nozzles well within the EN 293 standards.
The throughput is determined by means of a specially developed measuring sensor with the most up-to-date devices within a very short time. Spray angle and spray pattern are measured by a camera and recorded by a software specifically developed for this application.
The inner geometry was designed in such a way that flow rates are less dependent on oil temperature changes.
